This Is How Apple Pay Cash Works On The iPhone

The Apple Pay Cash has finally been launched in the Beta version for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch which will allow the users to receive and give payments via iMessages and will also allow them to use the payment mode in stores thanks to the virtual debit card issues by the company.

iOS 11.1.1 is available to download now.

Apple quickly put up a support page with a temporary fix for those who went looking for answers - but as you've probably still seen about a zillion tweets and Facebook posts with stray ⍰ in the days since, it would seem most people didn't.

At this stage, you may be requested to verify your identity. All money that is received in Apple Pay is stored in one of these cash cards.

You are also able to add money to your Apple Pay Cash card for future payments, alternatively, it will be taken directly from the debit or credit card that you have loaded.

First announced in June, Apple is launching direct, person-to-person payments via the Messages app with the Apple Pay Cash beta, TechCrunch reports. The amount you load will be debited from the card you have loaded in the Wallet app. Users need to have two-step verification set up on their phones for Apple Pay Cash to work.

Moreover, by saying things like "ask Sally to pay me US$10 for breakfast" to Siri, it will send that message via Messages and they can tap and pay. Whether you want to automatically accept payments or manually is up to you.
