In a photograph, the actress revealed her stunning post-baby body after losing the baby weight.

Actress Blake Lively has shared a shot of her super toned post-baby body and the internet can not get enough.

The mother-of-two should feel proud-14 months is a realistic, and still impressive, amount of time to shed the baby weight.

Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds are also parents to three-year-old daughter James. "It also helps to be 5'10", have great genes, have a professional trainer, and already look like Blake Lively.

"Turns out you can't lose the 61lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instagram and wondering why you don't look like all the bikini models", the actress joked on her Instagram page on Monday, alongside a picture of her looked strong, toned and happy, posing with her long-term trainer, Don Saladino.

Following her first pregnancy, the New York-based star began filming The Shallows, and was forced to get into surfer-like shape within 10 months - something she described as a "nice advantage", reports People. Blake has never been afraid to show off her figure.

The actress continued, "I'm learning to love my body in every iteration, and I think that's hard for women, and so I learned a lot". "Doesn't she look awesome?" he captioned his photo.

She previously said: 'They didn't hire a stunt double till the last two weeks of shooting.

She attributed the weight loss to cutting out gluten and soy, maintaining a balanced diet consisting of protein, carbs and vegetables, and plenty of exercise.

One fan chimed in: "You're lovely either way", while another quipped: "Please don't destroy all my hopes of getting in shape through positive thinking".

Lively stated, however, that her daughters need to know that there's a completely normal life outside of being a celebrity.
