Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 1 official renders leak

The leaked images, courtesy of Evan Blass show the phone in a Red and Black colour variant. The screen will sport rounded corners and has a very appealing look with orange accents around the dual Zeiss lenses on the back, the fingerprint sensor and the display. This could one of the first smartphones to launch with Android Oreo Go Edition, which is a more light-weight version of Android Oreo. It means the Nokia 7 Plus will be like the HTC U11 Life or a few other handsets that give you a pure, basic Android experience.

HMD Global may announce the Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 1 later this month during Mobile World Congress 2018.

According to some reports, the Nokia 7 Plus is expected to be launched before the Nokia 9 at the MWC event. While the company hasn't said anything officially but Nokia 1 which is the most affordable smartphone of HMD Global, Nokia 6 (2018) and Nokia 8 Sirocco are devices that HMD Global is expected to introduce from the big stage. The charging port is of the USB Type-C variety, although there's no word as yet when there is a 3.5mm audio jack or not. Previous rumors about the device suggest that the display will measure 6 inches and it will have an 18:9 aspect ratio. It's going to be a mid-range all-screen smartphone featuring a dual-lens camera on the back and running Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. It powers with Snapdragon 660 Soc and paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage. On the rear, there is a loudspeaker on the bottom and a primary camera with LED flash on the top. While details about the chipset are unavailable at the moment, the smartphone is likely to come with 1GB of RAM and 8GB onboard storage. In the camera department, the Nokia 9 may hold a 5MP front camera and the rear camera will have a 13-megapixel primary and a 12-megapixel secondary sensor.
