Surprise! Amy Schumer Secretly Marries Chef Chris Fischer

According to Us Weekly, the comedian tied the knot in a secret ceremony with her boyfriend, Chris Fischer, this week.

Congratulations are in order for Amy Schumer! "Happy Birthday @theellenshow thank you for having us!" the Trainwreck actress captioned the pic.

Fisher once worked at Mario Batali's New York City restaurant, Babbo, after being introduced by his friend, Jake Gyllenhaal.

Prior to their reported wedding, Schumer and Fischer - a successful chef with his own celebrity pals, and the author of The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook: A Year of Cooking on Martha's Vineyard - were spotted shooting hoops in Los Angeles on Sunday.

USA reported in the November that Schumer was dating the chef after they were spotted dining together in NY. Schumer has stayed mum about her dating life since splitting from her boyfriend of one year, Ben Hanisch, in May 2017.

Since 1961, his family has been in charge of Beetlebung Farm in Martha's Vineyard.

Schumer's new film, I Feel Pretty, will be released in the coming months. Here's everything you need to know. The two met on a dating app in 2015 and were together for a little over a year.

Confirming their break up at the time, Amy's representative said: "Amy and Ben have ended their relationship after thoughtful consideration and remain friends". "As time went on they realized they weren't on the same page or heading in the same direction", a source added to the publication. It was the first public confirmation Schumer had made of their relationship.
