Backstreet Boys are back with new single, Don't Go Breaking My Heart

Backstreet's back, alright - the Backstreet Boys have dropped a new high-energy single 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart', along with a music video. Its band member AJ McLean called it "just the beginning of the next Backstreet Boys' chapter".

It hasn't been revealed yet if the new single will be included in an upcoming album. I'm so excited for you guys to finally hear what me and the boys have been working on!

"Don't go breaking my heart, breaking my heart / because it's the only one that I got", the band sings in the chorus.

Backstreet Boys have announced plans to make a country album.

Later in the year Backstreet Boys will return to their Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life Las Vegas Residency. Singer Nick Carter tweeted thanks to fans for 25 years of support.

Produced by Jamie Hartman and Stuart Crichton, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is a slice of chilled electro-pop and bears no similarity to Elton John andKiki Dee's hit '70s duet of the same name.

By the way, at the end of past year one of the members of the boy band nick Carter was accused of raping a former member of the group Dream Melissa Schumann.
