Samsung launches red, gold Galaxy S9 smartphones in South Korea

It's confusing that these particular countries are going to be lucky enough to see a release (although further markets are promised "soon"), but the good news is that the handsets themselves look pretty nice.

The South Korean tech giant introduced Burgundy Red with last year's Galaxy S8.

Samsung did not mention if the Burgundy Red edition is coming to other markets.

Which one do you like the most, Burgundy Red or Sunrise Gold? The Burgundy Red edition is one of the deepest red colors available featuring restrained gloss for added density and a look that is contemporary and traditional - flawless for users who appreciate luxurious design. However, a Galaxy S9 Plus in Burgundy Red is sure to turn heads wherever you go.

Burgundy Red will be available in Korea and China from May. Samsung Galaxy S9 64GB variant is priced at Rs.57,900, while the 128GB variant is priced at Rs.61,900. It has restrained gloss for added density and its appearance is a mixture of contemporary and traditional.

Both new colored devices will also land with a storage capacity of 64 GB.
