Everything about me is not for public consumption : Priyanka Chopra

All we hear about actress Priyanka Chopra lately is related to Nick Jonas or her engagement rumours.

Speaking at an interactive session in New Delhi, Chopra said, "My personal life is not for public consumption". While the engagement rumours are going on one side, the actor aid her personal life is not for "public consumption" and she does not feel the need to give explanation about her relationships to anyone.

The actress also stated how playing Alex Parrish was very similar to playing a man. "Alex to me is an unapologetic modern female who lives life on her terms". I'm a girl; I have the right to keep that to myself. She added that she doesn't take gossip and trolls seriously unless it's something that affects sentiments. "But mostly, I tell my publicists "Let it be, today's news is tomorrow's trash", Priyanka said at an event in New Delhi on 6 August.

She also thanked everyone and said that she'll always treasure the good times she spent with the entire team.

'My family, my friendships and my relationships are things I don't think I need to defend or explain to anyone. She said, "I didn't".

Priyanka will be next seen in Shonali Bose's "The Sky Is Pink", where she plays the mother of an 18-year-old girl, played by Zaira Wasim. And now, the Sultan actor has opened up about his feelings too. She started the year with shooting for the last season of Quantico in the United States and Ireland, led to the completion of her third Hollywood film, Isn't It Romantic in NY.

When Priyanka landed a chance to play Alex, she broke barriers to become the first South Asian woman to headline an American network series.

According to Salman, whether Priyanka chooses to work in Bollywood or Hollywood, she is making her country proud either way.
