Everything we know about the new iPhones

2018, has seen a lot of innovation in smartphone technology. And the images that were leaked showcase a larger 6.5-inch model as well without spilling any more details. Below, we discuss what we now know about the new iPhones. Here's a compiled a list on the two unknown flagships that have been buzzing around. Apple may release three new devices this month and the rumor mill has been busy trying to figure out what the company has in store for us. While reports indicate that the all-new device could have a comparatively affordable price tag, we expect that it will be priced closer to the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus models, which now start at $700 and $800, respectively.

The market intelligence firm insisted the cheaper iPhone model will come in 64GB and 256GB variants while the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max will be available in 64, 256 and 512GB options. However, in this case, the Cupertino-based giant is said to throw in more memory for a better experience. Users will also see major improvements in the screen resolution, battery life and performance speeds. Bloomberg had earlier reported that Apple may drop "Plus" for this year's larger iPhone version.

Different leaks have demonstrated the iPhone Xs Max will likewise support Apple Pencil, which could make it the primary iPhone with stylus support. 4GB of RAM, the A12 processor, and dual cameras are a given as usual.

The excitement among iPhone fans is relentlessly rising as the launch date of the new devices is nearing - to be launched on September 12. It will come in two sizes: the current 5.8 inches and a new, bigger 6.5 inches (sort of an iPhone X Plus, to use the old nomenclature).

Amongst other industry scuttlebutt, the phones are tipped to have OLED displays and a new A12 chip designed in-house specifically for the iPhone. That said, rumour also has it that Apple is facing production issues with the low-priced iPhone 9. This handset is expected to generate most of the sales amongst the three. A new Apple Watch as well as the latest version of its iPads are also expected for the event.

After announcing the phones on September 12, there's a strong chance Apple will open the pre-orders on September 14 and have them on sale by September 21. Both the models will sport a stainless steel frame and a glass on top.
